Finish your weekends off with a street Latin dance experience in Elsternwick's most stylish bar. Each Sunday (venue availability permitting) Destine Dance runs a street Latin Dance social at the Antique Bar in Elsternwick. If you want to learn to dance, then the night starts with a free half hour beginners lesson at 6pm covering salsa and bachata. At 6: 30pm there is then a class covering more advanced dance moves for everyone to warm up and get to know each other for the social dance that follows. The night finishes when people are ready to head home. The Antique Bar has kindly provided the use of their upstairs for this event. This means that some weeks, the room might not be free or it might be free at a different time. Check each week to confirm if and when the event is running. In return for for hosting, we encourage you to buy a drink or two from the bar during the night: Dance, rest, drink repeat! The Beginners' class is free to all.
