Deepen your Tango dance practice with Josefina. Here, you’ll learn with approach Argentinian tango dancing with greater ability and confidence. You’ll learn some of the body mechanics necessary to create your own combinations and improvised tango moves. Explore social tango while stimulating your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Tango enhances balance, coordination, and awareness of our own body’s feedback. As you progress in Tango, you gain greater responsivity with your partner, increased presence in the moment, and the mindfulness to look ahead.
