Meha is trained in Bhangra, Bollywood, Bharatanatyam, Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop. She incorporates all styles in her dance teaching and performances. Meha’s dance philosophy is based around body confidence, self-esteem, and inner growth. Dance is more than a hobby, but it is a way of being and a means of self expansion. She is thrilled and honored to share this passion with others and be a vessel for their progression.
