In 2012, Luis Seabra quit his prestigious post making wine at Niepoort to strike out on his own. The philosophy at Luis Seabra Vinhos is encapsulated in the brand name Cru, which means raw. Seabra's aim is to make wines from specific vineyards with minimal intervention - wines that are raw and pure.
Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is excited to host this dinner pairing the wines from the Luis Seabra Vinhos portfolio with creations by our culinary and pastry chefs and students. An evening not to be missed!
