Join us for this month's Underground Fit Club event sponsored by the YWCA!
This month we’re teaming up with the YWCA to bring you World Dance where you'll dance and move to a fusion of world beats! World Dance is taught by local choreographer, Mehdi. Featured in Dessa’s recently released “Half of You” video, Mehdi breaks down moves ranging from Bollywood-inspired hand gestures, salsa-esque hips, hip-hop-ish poses and Michael Jackson’s signature footwork. No previous dance experience required, all dance levels welcome.
Make sure to stay after class for bites, sips & giveaways!
