Dance the night away at the Peninsulas latest monthly Salsa Bachata Social, Club Vita. This social is held every second Saturday at Dance Vita Ballroom from 8pm 11:30pm. There will be an hour salsa lesson taught by Carolyn Barrero and an hour bachata lesson taught by Maria Zhukovskaya. DJ Super Chino will be playing a collection of salsa and bachata music all night. We welcome all levels of dancers from beginning to advanced!Dance Vita founders Tomas, Aira, Jurga, and Vaidas are lifelong dancers, teachers and friends. Each started their careers in the world of ballroom at a very early stage in life, witSince 2003 Since then, they have worked primarily in San Francisco, San Jose, Redwood City, and Oakland, where they have created an excellent reputation as professional dancers, dance instructors, and competition coaches.h all of them dancing by age 8. They danced and taught in Lithuania until 2003, then moved to the Bay Area.For the last 9 years, they have performed on the worlds stages, competed nationally and internationally, and taught at dance studios around the globe. Vaidas and Jurga, and Tomas and Aira retired from competitive DanceSport as top dancers in their categories, having won many major competitions in the United States and the world
