This class will teach you the basics of salsa partner-work, footwork, and styling in the New York style aka salsa on2.
This class is great for anyone with little to no dance experience or for those who want to brush up on their basics. Come with a partner or alone! Partners will rotate so everyone will have a chance to dance with each other.
This 3-week course will focus on basic partner-work and steps to build a solid foundation to take with you to the dance floor.
Walk-ins are welcomed but we encourage you to attend all three classes as they will build upon each other to give you more moves to showcase - plus you get a discount for purchasing all three classes at once.
Classes will focus on partner work and turn patterns. Leaders and followers will know exactly what it takes to properly execute that perfect turn…to the music, without missing a beat.
Classes are scheduled for July 25, August 1 and August 8
What to wear: Comfortable clothing you don’t mind sweating in and your favorite pair of dancing shoes.
