Rhythms West Dance Academy is the only dance studio in the Oregon Bay Area (Coos Bay & North Bend) to offer dance instruction tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, ballet, & musical theater. Our dance school teaches the widest range of age possible (2yrs-adult). Group dance classes and private dance instruction are available. Our owner & head instructor is Heather Bell-Skinner. She has been instructing dancers on the south coast of Oregon in tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, ballet, & musical theater in since 1988. She teaches in multiple style of each dance type. LA & New York style jazz; Broadway and Hoofer style tap; lyrical and modern/contemporary; hip hop, funk, pop & lock; combining all and stressing the benefits of each style of dance.
