Mercaz Dance and Fitness
Providing fun and form, from young girls to adults, beginners to advanced, able-bodied to those with physical difficulties.
The experience of moving creatively to music, brings joy and confidence to everyone. It builds strong and healthy bodies as it helps develop coordination and important fine motor skills.
Individual classes are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced. Each student will be placed at their appropriate level. Our workouts offer a wonderful form of self expression. They ultimately promote self growth, both spiritually and in academic performance. Participants will easily improve coordination and fitness levels in a fun-filled, positive environment. Mercaz Dance offers an environment to build self confidence and self esteem, which we all know is no small thing.
The Mercaz Dance and Fitness offers a venue where communal interaction will take place and new friendships can be forged. For some, it will be an opportunity to improve their communication and social skills.
As an additional service to the community the studio will also be available for small parties and parlor meetings.
Truly much thought and consideration went into this enterprise.
