For women of all ages and fitness levels. Fun alternative to conventional exercise, in a non-competitive atmosphere. NO PREVIOUS DANCE EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. The undulating movements of the torso and hips have an almost meditative quality - while the more energetic movements and traveling steps provide a low-impact workout for the entire body.
