Dance & Fitness strive to empower our members to reach their full dance & fitness potential! Our goal is to spark a permanent change within each member by providing them with tools to live a healthier lifestyle. We are a group of collaborating artists, who utilize different art forms to enhance self-esteem, build self-confidence, foster positive socialization and promote physical fitness. Our students learn the skills necessary to enjoy a lifetime filled with health and creativity. Our Instructors promote artistic expression, movement, and teamwork in a fun-filled musical environment! Through our fitness and dance programs people will have the resources to become mentally and physically fit at a community price!! Dance should NOT be financially unavailable to the community. Everyone that wants to, WILL be able to afford to dance! We will provide a one stop shop dance & fitness experience! Our 2900 square foot location comes equipped with TWO dance floors.
