Live Music Wednesday - Saturday Craft Beers, Organic Food and Seasonal Cocktails. Our Mission: We are happy to present something new and exciting to the borough of West Chester. Our mission is simple: Provide great live music along with seasonal handcrafted cocktails, local beer and wine, and amazing tapas style locally sourced and seasonally inspired cuisine. How We’re Different: Unlike other bars in town, Sprout is a member-based club. Members do not have to pay any cover charges, will be able to attend special events, and can take advantage of all drink specials throughout the year. Membership fees are very reasonable, only forty dollars for the entire year. Non-members are welcome to become a member at the door or can be escorted in with another member. Our Sister: Sprout follows the same philosophy and approach to business as our sister restaurant, Roots Café. We use local and organic ingredients to craft drinks and food alike, and promote sustainability through our practices. Saturating ourselves within the community is a huge part of the Club’s duty. A portion of membership fees will be donated to furthering adolescent music education for children within Chester County. We also tie ourselves into West Chester University’s music department to seek jazz musician for a weekly themed jazz/prohibition cocktail based night of fun! It was always our dream to bridge the gap between musical and culinary entertainment, and we now have that opportunity. Sunday are now reserved for private events / parties. Please call to schedule.
