The JCC of Metro Detroit's Fitness Club offers top of the line equipment and more than 70 group exercise classes each week! The JCC of Metro Detroit's Fitness Club offers more than 80 group exercise classes each week. The classes are held in one of our four studios--Aerobics, Yoga, Dance, and Spin--and accommodate every age and ability level, from beginner to advanced. Purchase a day pass for the classes you want to take, or, better yet, join the JCC as an Executive Fitness or Fitness member and attend classes absolutely free, in addition to receiving discounts on all programs at the Jewish Community Center.
The club also features top-of-the-line equipment on the fitness floor, a full schedule of group fitness classes, highly qualified, knowledgeable and nationally certified personal trainers, three swimming pools, and two indoor tracks.
