Professional caliber dance instruction at affordable prices! Dance Project: The School at City Arts provides comprehensive dance training for people of all ages and skill levels in a nurturing atmosphere that fosters growth, a healthy lifestyle, self-esteem and artistry. All of our teachers are college educated dance professionals with prior teaching experience.
We focus on teaching the whole dancer in a non-competitive environment where dancing is fun and rewarding. Our students learn an awareness of how the body works and how movement can be used expressively. Additionally, we offer need-based scholarships and keep our costs low to allow for a diverse cross-section of the community to participate and share in our love of dance.
Dance Project: The School at City Arts strives to encourage sharing dance within our Greensboro community. Performance opportunities constantly emerge for dancers of all ages and levels. Additionally, each spring students participate in the Spring Showcase for their family and friends.
