Dana Hot Yoga has been the premiere Hot Vinyasa Studio in the Main line and surrounding areas since 2007. Although the classes are powerful and sweaty, we acknowledge and offer all Eight Limbs of Yoga as part of the Dana Hot Yoga experience. You can expect intensity in physical postures and heat purification, as well as the opportunity to bring the body and the mind into stillness. True to the Yogic texts, the practices at Dana Hot Yoga can make what was once unattainable, attainable in your practice and in your life. That is YOGA!
We are open seven days a week, with classes as early as 6am, until 915pm. Student Discounts available. We accept the Saint Joseph's University Hawk Card, and the Arcadia University Knight Discount Card.
We also offer a variety of workshops and special events, as well as a 200 Hour Hot Vinyasa Training.
