We are a community minded yoga, dance & fitness co-op studio, offering public classes, corporate classes, outdoor classes and private sessions. Feel Good, Be Healthy & Have Fun! Classes are open to all ages, levels and abilities in a friendly and inviting atmosphere where newcomers are always welcome. Put on your comfy clothes and come join us! No need to sign-up, just drop in anytime. Classes are affordable and conveniently located in downtown Pittsfield.
