Join costume designer Shelby for a hands-on workshop to create your own custom-fit mermaid skirt. Participants will learn pattern construction and garment assembly, walking away with a finished piece perfect for belly dance or performance. All skill levels are welcome, and sewing machines are provided. More Info below.
