Showdown by 8 Count Country is more than a dance convention — it’s a movement, a family, and a powerful celebration of community, growth, and excellence in dance. Hosted in North Carolina, Showdown brings dancers together from across the region and beyond for an unforgettable weekend of high-energy workshops, electrifying competitions, and next-level social dancing.
This is where passion meets purpose. Where rising dancers become leaders, seasoned dancers push new limits, and every attendee — from first-timers to pros — is seen, supported, and inspired. Showdown is built on heart, respect, and the belief that dance should feel empowering, inclusive, and unforgettable.
Come for the training. Stay for the competition. Leave with confidence, connection, and the fire to keep leveling up.
This isn’t just an event — this is the Showdown - Let's GO!
