A weekly beginner belly dance class at MS Belly Dance Studio, where instructor Mina Saleh teaches foundational movements such as hip motion, chest articulation, waves, and shimmies in a slow, clear, and welcoming pace. Each week focuses on a specific theme, and students can revisit any theme week to reinforce weaker movements. Available at both Kashiwa and Yokohama studios.
