Advanced ballet pointe work for students ages 12+ who have been individually evaluated and approved by the school director. Students learn how to shop for, sew, care for, and break-in pointe shoes while developing the necessary foot, ankle, back, and abdominal strength. Focuses on proper alignment, turnout, and safe technique to avoid injury.
