A contemporary theatrical and concert dance class employing a special technique for developing the use of the entire body in movements expressive of abstract ideas. Dancers are encouraged to express their own creativity and grow their movement vocabulary through the use of improvisation. Dress code: tight-fitting athletic clothing (leotard, spandex shorts, leggings, sports bra), barefoot or half soles. More Info below.
