⌛️Duration: 6-Week Course (9 Hours of Training)

You can register solo or register along with your partner/friends. We welcome you all.
Important Note: Since we switch partners in class, registering with a partner is not required.
All classes are Progressive, meaning that, after the course, you'll move on to the next level. It is recommended not to wear shoes with spikes/studs and bring your water bottle.
Show up about 10 minutes before each class and wear comfortable clothing.
