High-energy classes focusing on traditional Irish dance technique, including soft and hard shoe styles. Taught by Betlem Burcet, these sessions provide an excellent cardiovascular workout while exploring Irish culture. Classes are available on Wednesday evenings and Thursday mornings. More Info below.
