This class focuses on body alignment, posture, and permeability, blending anatomically correct ballet with Graham, Cunningham, and Limon modern dance techniques. Sessions begin with slow floor and standing exercises to develop body awareness, progressing into dynamic dance sequences. Led by instructor Eva Günther, it is designed for beginners, seniors, and those with limited mobility.
