An intensive session with instructor Andy Taylor that begins with a full hour of floor-based stretching and strengthening. The class progresses to standing modern and jazz combinations designed to isolate muscle groups and build technical strength. This long-form session provides a comprehensive physical workout alongside technical dance training.
