A 75-minute restorative class blending creative movement and lyrical choreography with relaxation techniques like journaling and meditation. This all-levels session focuses on low-impact movement, deep stretching, and breath-work to reduce stress and boost mood. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and a mat for comfortable floor work.
