A beginner-friendly class focusing on basic belly dance techniques, body preparation, and simple oriental choreography. Taught by Rameesha, students will spend 30 minutes on body conditioning followed by 30 minutes of drills and 45 minutes of dance. Trial lessons are typically conducted in this level.
