Led by instructor Rameesha, this class focuses on the foundations of belly dance, including basic posture, isolations, and simple oriental choreography. It is designed for absolute beginners to start their dance journey in a friendly and supportive environment. Lessons include 30 minutes of body conditioning, 30 minutes of basic drills, and 45 minutes of choreography.
