🌟 Who We Are: Flow Fitness is a high energy Latin dance class designed to improve cardio, flexibility, and core strength while keeping your mind engaged with new choreographies each session. Join us as we explore various Latin music genres and dance styles that will get you moving! We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds to participate. 🌟 When: Saturday March 22, 10:30am-11:30am (please arrive at 10:15 to check in) 🌟 Where: Talent Academy 1690 S Chambers Rd Aurora CO 80017 🌟 Cost: $10 per person with monthly packages available Please RSVP at least 24 hours in advance by texting the number on this post with number of participants and names.
