Hi my dear Sambistas. Now that I completed my Doctorate and feeling the immensurable need to dance and give you all a hug we are bringing dance into our lives. Join SambaBody for a day of energetic Samba and Salsa at our upcoming event! Get ready to sweat and have fun as we combine the vibrant rhythms of Brazilian Samba and Cali Style Salsa. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner looking to spice up your workout routine, this event is perfect for everyone. Immerse yourself in the world of Samba and salsa while burning calories and improving your overall wellness. This class is our celebration and return to monthly events that hopefully will become a weekly ritual for all. Our dynamic classes have the reputation of leaving you feeling empowered and rejuvenated. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to experience the joy of dance fitness in a vibrant and inclusive community.
