We welcome 170 experienced milongueros to Le Palais des Congrs in the Catalan city of Perpignan, South of France. This international event will be held on the top floor of the Palais in the spacious Salle Panoramique, with its wooden floor and privileged views of the town. We have selected international Djs known for their unique tandas and their desire to make us all dance. We will ensure that the 'codigos' are respected throughout the event.
