Join us for an introduction to dance fitness with easy to follow burlesque, jazz, hip hop, Latin, and poms choreography with SassiFit Dance Fitness! This event is perfect for anyone who wants to have fun, get fit, and embrace their unique sensuality through dance. During the class, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of low-impact dance routines followed by mat-based strength training that will shape, strengthen and sculpt your body. Whether you're a beginner, coming back to dance, or rehabbing an injury, our inclusive and supportive environment will encourage you to let go, express yourself, and discover the joy of movement. Introductory class moves at a slightly slower pace with a little more instruction prior to each routine, lower impact routines and lighter weight pom-poms. No matter your shape, size, or background, this dance fitness class is a celebration of self-expression and body positivity.
