Important Note:
Since we switch partners in class, registering with a partner is not required.
On-Spot registration is subject to availability.
All classes are Progressive, meaning that, after the course, you'll move on to the next level.
It is recommended not to wear shoes with spikes/studs and bring your water bottle.
Show up about 10 minutes before each class and wear comfortable clothing.
