Join our Latin Fusion Choreography Performance Series and learn choreography and PERFORM at December Nights in Balboa Park! Discover the vibrant rhythms and dances of Latin America with Miguel every Friday night at 6pm. For this performance, we'll focus on one song and every week build on a new section of choreography, drawing inspiration from a variety of genres including salsa, mambo, bachata, reggaeton, cha-cha, merengue, and cumbia. Designed for all levels, this energetic class will focus on execution and incorporate Latin body movements, isolations and footwork to create dynamic combinations that showcase rhythm and performance flair. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to Latin rhythms, this class is built to expand your repertoire and develop a well-rounded understanding of Latin dance genres. Each class offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the infectious energy of Latin rhythms and at the end of the series, you’ll have mastered an entire choreography! What to Expect: - Focus on one song and full choreography. - Variety of Latin dance styles including salsa, merengue, cumbia, bachata, and more. - Open level class suitable for all experience levels. - Energetic and fun atmosphere to get your heart pumping. - Learn a new section of the choreography each week.
