Foxtrot And Samba Dance Classes

In October our smooth/standard dance is Foxtrot and the latin/rhythm dance is Samba. Foxtrot is adaptable to many rhythms so it works very well with the music at most parties and weddings. Samba is a lively and fun dance that really exercises the body's cardio system; note we teach ballroom Samba, not Brazilian Samba, and not cruise ship samba (which requires alcohol). All dancers beginning to advanced are welcome.
