In September our smooth/standard dance is American/International Tango and the latin/rhythm dance is East Coast Swing. The Tango is very popular because it is seen as a more exotic dance, East Coast Swing is very easy to learn and suitable for many rhythms, many of which are found in contemporary rock music. For the time invested swing dancing can be the most fun. All dancers beginning to advanced are welcome. No partner is necessary as we rotate during class and we are a social ballroom club. • Doors open at 6:45m for open dancing • Tango class begins at 7:30 pm • East Coast Swing class begins at 8:20 pm • Practice/social dancing at 9:10pm *****$6.00 entrance fee for the evening ($4.00 for club members) Our website has more info: [hidden] It is always a good idea to check our online calendar or call our info line at [hidden] before making the trip.
