This one-hour class will include drills for body articulation, shimmies, traveling steps, and arm flow patterns. This class is suitable for anyone who has successfully completed two consecutive years of training with Bahaia or comparable with another instructor. Each class includes a warm-up, strengthening exercises, training drills, and cool-down/stretch. Basic knowledge of finger cymbals and veil is presumed. Please bring cymbals and both silk and chiffon veils to every class.
