1st European Festival of Latin and Afro-Cuban music in Europe! Tempo Latino Festival "El nico" has preserved, maintained and asserted its artistic approach at the heart of and around Afro-Cuban and Latin Music since 1994. Born from the desire to broadcast this lively and popular music, Tempo Latino and its 500 volunteers invite you to discover Latin rhythms for 4 days. In its Occitanie region, the Gers department is opening up internationally by supporting the cultural adventure of Tempo Latino, built on pride and risk-taking to produce all these artists from the Latin planet.
