Abano Terme is considered the most important spa in Italy and among the first in Europe. The ritual of immersion in thermal waters awakens memories and prenatal pleasures: they come from the Little Dolomites, sink into the ground up to three thousand meters and rise to the surface at a temperature of 85-87 centigrade. They are warm, mineralized, therapeutic and collected in thermal pools. Here they combine their curative and beneficial actions with those of volcanic mud, hot and cold, curative and aesthetic, a basic resource, together with water, of most of the treatments for health and psycho-physical well-being, a true regeneration of the whole person. Feeling good about yourself makes you want to feel good with the world. Surrounded by a world of nature, sports, cultural occasions and curiosities. The Euganean Hills offer paths surrounded by greenery for walking or cycling. Even the kitchen here is the praise of voluptuousness: food is understood as a ritual, as a gastronomy of the mind to nourish the body and spirit.
