Ballett 1/2 @ Vaihinger Dance Center

Ballet at Hart House uses the American Ballet Theatre curriculum and a pianist when possible. Ballet is a great way to lengthen and strengthen the body while developing a stronger sense of musicality and coordination. Fitted attire and ballet shoes are recommended. Ideal for dancers with some knowledge and understanding of basic ballet principles. Class includes a longer, more intricate barre and centre. More Info below.
