This adult ballet class is for all beginners with a good basic ballet technique who are ready to: increase the speed of steps, add arms to exercises, increase the difficulty, learn the joining steps between movements. This class involves less barre, more centre and you will eventually gain the strength, body knowledge and coordination to learn pirouettes and more advanced jumps.
