The team I are back Saturday 19th November 2022 for another spectacular night of music dancing at Brook Street Community Centre. Octobers party was firing on all cylinders, as more dancers turned up to check out what the hype is with the Smooth Salsa parties over at Brook Street Community Centre. Its so good to see how the parties have progressively grown, especially over the last 6 months. I must admit, there have been times when the parties at Brook Street Community Centre have reminded me of the good old days, back when I started the Smooth Salsa parties at Aston University. If you havent been to one of these parties yet then come check it out, you shouldnt be disappointed, before you do though I just need to let you know about our music policy. Music Policy This event is not an SBK (Salsa, Bachata Kizomba) event and I know the SBK events are becoming extremely popular now but we generally play around 95% Salsa, playing the best in Salsa Dura Salsa Romantica. We aim to add sprinkles of Bachata Kizomba every now and again just to give a little break throughout the night but please remember this is mainly a Salsa event. Brook Street Community Centre Brook Street Community Centre is based in Tipton, yes, you read correctly, in Tipton. This venue is extremely nice its run by 2 of the friendliest, most accommodating people I have encountered in my years in the business. We provide 3 levels of Salsa classes, beginners, improvers intermediates, so feel free to take part once you have arrived. Oh just to let you know. at the door, it is cash only and the entrance fee is 10. DJ's on the Night DJ Potty playing the best in Salsa with a sprinkling of Bachata kizomba.
