Intermediate Ballet @ Cincinnati Ballet

This class is recommended for dancers who are in kindergarten and are ready for a more structured class than Creative Movement. Dancers will perform various stretches, utilizing props such as balls, resista-bands, towels, and books to increase flexibility and an understanding of how their muscles coordinate to help them dance.
