If you love hip hop and RnB music, this class is for you! Building on techniques learnt in Beginner level, class consists of a groovy warm up to loosen your body and improve your strength and fitness, then builds on hip hop fundamentals and genres. You then move onto choreography and finish with a warm down and stretch!
