This class is open to everyone, and is specifically aimed at intermediate/advanced social and competitive dancers who are ready to take their dancing to the next level. Our technique classes do not teach dance steps or patterns. Instead we focus on elements of dancing that make you better - arm styling, hip action, foot articulation, turns, spotting, rib cage isolation, timing modifications... Everyone can improve their dancing by understanding "what's going on under the hood".
