OUR CURRENT COVID POLICY (14 January 2022) In response to current understanding of the Omicron variant of Covid we are asking our dancers to provide a negative test result from a Lateral Flow Test taken within 24 hours before coming to TangoE14. These home test kits are freely available from Pharmacies, and it is well worthwhile having a box of them at home for when you need them. You can provide proof by either- -forwarding your Covid registration email confirming your negative test to [hidden] -or you could show the email at the door on your device. -or bring your actual test stick with you and show that. Unfortunately without a negative test result you wont be able to take part. No test result No entry ! We hope you understand and have the best intentions towards our fellow dancers and the Tango community. Masks and sanitiser will be available. We encourage mask wearing where practical, but will not enforce it. Please ensure that you are well and not exhibiting any signs of Covid when you attend. COVID-19 guidelines: Anita needs to create a digital register. So please email Anita on [hidden] or message via Facebook/ WhatsApp your intention to attend? Tony is also recording names of those present in our attendance book, and will include the names of those that just turn up, as long as they prove their Negative Lateral Flow Test. The second thing is please pay Anita either via contactless card payment on our new card reader or via sumup link . The price for a normal afternoon is 7. To pay please click on this new link: 3. Tony can accept cash payment at the door if necessary, but we prefer contactless payments as (2) above. TangoE14 COVID-19 measures to minimise transmission As we are in the aftermath of a worldwide epidemic at TangoE14 we would like to contribute what we reasonably can do to help stop this virus spreading and keep everyone aware. The measures below are voluntary and we trust all tango dancers to have the best intentions. However we would appreciate you taking care of your personal hygiene, as Tango dance is such a close contact partner dance. These measures are on government advice and recommendations. If you show at the door with a fever, or with a new persistent cough, or with no taste or smell, or a change to taste and or smell, by law well have to turn you away. A summary of the measures we are taking: (please email [hidden] for full Risk Assessment) Digital Register Please email to register in advance if you wish to attend (by emailing [hidden]) Cashless payments. Please pay 7 contactless either via SumUp card reader at the door with your debit/ credit card/ Google Pay/ Apply Pay or via SumUp Payment link (please see above for both links).
