Confirmed DJs: LIVE MUSIC BY Bachata Recording Artist - ALDO MUSICA DJ Stephen Greene (Richmond, VA) DJ Joel Rodriguez (Columbia, SC) DJ Tay (Pittsburg, PA) DJ Extreme (Norfolk, VA) NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER 3 -course meal SALADS-choice of one: -caesar salad (romaine and arugula with garlic croutons and parmesan cheese served with house-made caesar dressing) -spinach salad with fresh strawberries, candied walnuts, bleu cheese, and a sweet raspberry vinaigrette -tossed mixed greens with cucumbers, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, croutons, and assorted dressings -greek salad with red onions, cucumbers, olives, feta, and oregano vinaigrette ENTREES: -rosemary roasted lamb chops with mint julep drizzle over a potato au gratin stack and roasted carrots. -Lemon thyme roasted chicken quarter with parsnip puree and balsamic brussels sprout. -Braised short ribs with port wine reduction with loaded macaroni and cheese and collard greens. -Petite filet mignon with pinot reduction with truffle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. -Pan seared sea bass with roasted butternut squash and green bean almondine. -Southwestern quinoa in spicy tomato reduction with seasonal vegetables.
