Mambo Known as the sister to the Salsa, Mambo is a spot dance that also originated from Cuba. One of the major differences is Mambo is danced on the 2 beat to start off. It will also feature more ballroom type patterns. Another difference is Mambo is more compact and quick in the hip movement.
