First I teach classic Cuban twists, then a few episodes of other styles and of course my own creations. My dance lessons start with a warm-up, isolation movements and coordination exercises. Then basic salsa steps and the associated variants are practiced. With the first turns (right and left for leaders and followers) you can go to the salsa party and try out your knowledge. As you can imagine, small salsa figures develop from the turns and then become more and more interesting and demanding. Rueda de Casino is a Cuban dance circle where you can perform different characters at the same time. For this course you should master the basic, i. E. Simple salsa steps. LatinKids and latinteens - Latin dances for children and teenagers: You get to know the South American dances and rhythms, a playful introduction to movement and steps, there are regular small performances for your friends and parents!
