In this series, students will learn the basics of body isolation, contra-body movement, and how to stylize the arms and legs purposefully to salsa, bachata, and cha cha music. Each session will begin with a warm up, followed by a lesson focused on a new element each week, ending with a short sequence that showcases how the element can be used on the dancefloor.
